Bio

Bridget is an Associate at Neinstein, where her practice focuses on mass torts, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation. With an undergraduate degree in philosophy, Bridget brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to advocacy, along with a strong interest in persuasive writing, legal reasoning, and thoughtful case strategy.

Before joining Neinstein, Bridget completed her articles at a boutique insurance defence firm. That experience gave her valuable insight into how defence counsel assess and approach claims. Today, she uses that perspective in her plaintiff-side practice to anticipate defence strategies, identify weaknesses in opposing arguments, and develop stronger cases for her clients.

Bridget is known for her attention to detail, strong methodical approach, and ability to navigate complex matters with precision and clarity. Bridget is equally recognized for her interpersonal strengths, as she is an engaging communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel. Her combination of sharp advocacy and people skills allows her to be an effective and trusted advocate.

We're Here For Your Financial + Legal Recovery

When people are injured, most often they are unable to work and during these times, cash flow can become an enormous burden on the victim and their families. We recognize that our clients are suffering and are under enormous financial stress.

That is why we use the contingency fee arrangement. Under this arrangement, the client is not required to pay any fees or expenses unless the case is successful. If the client does not recover any monies from the lawsuit, there will be no legal fees.
