Daniel is a Partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP. He has a broad litigation practice including motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and medical malpractice. Daniel is known for his excellent legal analysis and client-focused approach.
Daniel is an experienced litigator, regularly representing his clients before all levels of court and conducting hearings across the tribunal system. He is often sought by his peers to take on complex legal arguments and trials.
Daniel completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts and graduated cum laude winning the Merit Award as the top graduating student in his history and archaeology program at York University. He spent three years at the University of Western Ontario Law School to complete a Bachelor of Laws, where he was a leader in the student community. Daniel is frequently asked to speak on legal issues impacting the personal injury bar.
Daniel is actively involved in the Jewish-Canadian community and speaks Hebrew.
